Upstairs the cabin has a bedroom with a queen bed, a loft area with two twin bed, and also a living area, kitchen, and bathroom downstairs. Come relax on the back porch on the swing. It is equipped with Cable, WIFI, basic kitchen supplies, bedding, a grill, and more. We have trails through the woods, a boat launch on the bayou, and a new floating dock to fish off of and feel closer to nature. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, and will sleep 8. The downstairs bedroom has one queen bed, with a tub in the bathroom. Please note that the tub jets have been disconnected for safety purposes. Upstairs you will find one bedroom with two full beds, one bedroom with a king bed, and a bathroom with a tub and shower. All bed linens, towels, and washcloths are provided. Historic downtown Natichotches is only a ten minute drive away, but taking your boat right off the dock in the back yard can be a fun experience. The boat launch is located less than a half a mile from the driveway with dockside fuel pumps and ten minutes by boat from the house. The back porch is the length of the home, with plenty of seating, tables, a swing, and a flat screen tv. It also has a grilling station with plenty of counter space and can be used as a bar area. Fishing poles and tackle are available if you want to catch some right off the dock. The kitchen has everything from toasters, waffle iron, crock pots, pots, pans, etc, including dinnerware, silverware, and utensils to accommodate a family of 12. Trash bags, dish-washing liquid, if needed, is under the sink. The pantry is very large so don’t worry about space for food or drinks, or extra storage. Next to it is the laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board and laundry baskets . The game room is separated from the living area by wooden glass pane sliding doors. It’s nice for keeping an eye on the kiddos and minimize noise while they enjoy it. It’s also perfect for the adults to feel like they re having a night out without leaving the house. Henry was saved from the rising waters of Toledo Bend 7 years ago. He was originally a camper, but he was in bad shape. I decided he could not be saved on the inside, so he was gutted. There are a few original features from his previous life. Henry's walls are stained plywood, his trim is salvaged pallet boards, some of the walls are salvaged tin and the cabinets were saved from an old farmhouse. He is a rustic gem. He is located located in Zwolle RV Park, lot 21. All guests have access to the pier and fishing deck, which is a short walking distance from Henry. There is also a small laundromat in the RV Park.
